2009 PaymentsIf you register On-Line, your Grade fee and State fee are already paid on-line. You still owe Local Dues of $10.00. Bring a check payable to WNYSRA-Rochester Unit for $10.00 to a Recertification class you will attend.
If you plan to register in person using a written form, bring a check to a Recertification class to cover your Grade fee, your State fee of $5.00 and your local dues of $10.00. Make this check payable to: WNYSRA-Rochester Unit. There are two exceptions, USSF Lifetime Members pay no fees, and Grade 9 (recreational referees) pay Grade Fee of $40.00 with NO State Fee and NO Local Dues.

2009 Recertification classesInformation is available at www.rochester.wnyreferee.org CLICK “Meetings”.
During this class you will receive training and rules interpretations to use for the 2009 season. You will need to take and receive a passing grade on a written test based on your Grade level.
Game RecordsIt is each referee’s responsibility to have a record of their game experience. When you fill out your registration (Electronic or written), you will need to summarize your previous years games by position and age level. You do NOT need to submit the actual game record. If you wish to upgrade at some point in your career, you will need to verify the requirement for a certain number of games as a Referee and Assistant Referee at particular age levels.
If the amount or level of games is considered questionable, you may be requested to produce the actual game record.

Referee Badges and Rule Books
Books will be handed out after completing the Registration and Recertification requirements at a Recertification class.
Badges for Grades 7, 8 and 9 will be handed out after completing the Registration and Recertification requirements at a Recertification class.
Badges for Grades 5, 6, 15 and 16 will be handed out after completing the Registration and Recertification requirements at a future time once the DRA receives them.
